| ETA (EMOM/TABATA/AMRAP) |
ETA is a high-energy class designed with a round-based style. This workout will challenge you in more ways than one and is centered around 3 main intensity techniques – EMOM, TABATA and AMRAP. EMOM: Exercise repetitions every minute on the minute TABATA: 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest AMRAP: As many reps as possible in a short time frame |
