Your first step is a Fortify Intro Personal Training Session – a supportive, assessment-based session, not a “smash you” workout.
In this session, your coach will:

- Complete a movement and basic strength assessment
- Review relevant health and body composition information (if available)
- Explain what safe, effective training looks like for you
- Map out clear next steps so you know exactly what to do next time you walk into the gym

Your Training Journey with Fortify
